As one of the most desirable electric cars available today, the 2014 Tesla Model S is also one of the best luxury sedans, too.

"Sleek," "desirable," "luxurious," "powerful" and "inspiring" are all words that one typically uses to describe the latest European luxury sedan. But in this case, they also describe America's latest and best homegrown electric vehicle, the 2014 Tesla Model S. With its luxury sedan accommodations, pulse-quickening performance, world-class handling and unmatched range, the Model S is a huge departure from the typical electric car. Yet thanks to a thoroughly modern interpretation of interior design and a host of advanced technological features (including an all-wheel-drive model and a rapidly expanding Supercharger network), the Model S also serves as a new benchmark for all vehicles, electric or otherwise.

Despite these many virtues, the Tesla Model S is not exclusive to the ultra-wealthy. Pricing for the base model starts around $ 70,000 when new, and that's not including a federal tax credit. While this isn't exactly chump change, the base model's EPA-estimated range of 208 miles is more than double that of any other electric vehicle. To get the most out of your Model S ownership, though, we'd recommend the bigger (and more expensive) 85 kWh battery pack, which provides greater performance and an as much as 265 miles of range.

Considering the Model S is a new type of car coming from a new, relatively tiny automaker that has just one previous car under its belt (the Roadster), perhaps it doesn't come as a surprise that there are some inevitable bugs to work out. You can read about our year-long experience with our own Model S with the 85 kWh battery and third-row seating option. Reliability was subpar at least in comparison to other, more established cars, but we've been impressed with the Model S's overall versatility and Tesla's prompt warranty service repairs.

At the same time, it doesn't quite match the interior quality and refinement of more established luxury brands that benefit from decades of experience building the finest cars in the world. Among that group, the diesel-powered 2014 Audi A7 and hybrid 2014 Porsche Panamera similarly have one eye set on performance and the other on Mother Earth. Alternately, you might also consider the innovative 2014 BMW i8, a new two-door plug-in hybrid.

Yet there's literally nothing else like the all-electric Tesla Model S on the road today, and likely won't be for many years to come. Whether you're attracted to the affordable base model or go all-in for a fully loaded P85D version, you're assured of one of the most noteworthy cars since the introduction of the Ford Model T. Better yet, the Tesla is nearly sacrifice-free, as it rides and drives as well as some of the world's best luxury sedans.

The 2014 Tesla Model S is a large, four-to-seven-passenger luxury sedan. It's available in four trim levels: 60, 85, P85 and P85D. Late in the model year, Tesla updated P85 models to come standard with a more powerful, dual-motor setup (detailed later in the Powertrains and Performance section), and these models are known as P85D. Each trim level's name refers to the kilowatt-hour (kWh) capacity (and thus battery capacity and output) of the sedan.

The Model S 60 comes with 19-inch wheels, all-season tires, automatic xenon headlights, LED taillights, keyless entry and start, cruise control, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 17-inch touchscreen, a rearview camera, cloth and premium vinyl upholstery, heated eight-way power front seats (with four-way power lumbar), 60/40-split-folding rear seats, a power tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity and a seven-speaker sound system with dual USB ports (media and charging) and HD radio. A cellular connection, Internet radio and WiFi connectivity are included. A universal mobile connector (with 110-volt, 240-volt and J1772 adapters) is included as well.

Options for the Model S 60 include the Supercharger Enabled package that provides free, rapid charging (about half the charge in as little as 20 minutes) at Tesla's growing network of Supercharger stations around the country. Outfit the Model S with a second onboard charger for up to twice the standard rate of charge (up to 58 miles of range per hour) when combined with the optional 80-amp at-home wall charger. Range-enhancing tires are also available.

The optional Tech package includes adaptive cruise control, frontal collision warning, LED running and cornering lights, automatic high-beam control, lighted door handles, auto-dimming mirrors, power-folding and heated exterior mirrors, a power hatchback, driver memory functions and a navigation system. (Depending on when your Model S was built, it may lack the adaptive cruise control, frontal collision warning and auto high beams.) Tesla says that future software updates for the Tech package will include an "Autopilot" function that allows for hands-free driving of the Model S, including automatically changing lanes by selecting the turn signal indicator, autonomous steering, a parking-spot detection system and hands-free parallel parking functions.

The Smart Air Suspension option (requires the Tech pack) adds self-adjusting (adjustable height) suspension. Optional front and rear parking sensors and foglamps also require the Technology package. The Ultra High Fidelity Sound option ups the speaker count to 12 and also includes satellite radio. A Subzero Weather package adds heated rear seats, wiper blade defrosters and washer nozzle heaters. Clear film paint protection is offered, as is Matching Yacht Floor trim that coordinates the center console tray to the rest of the interior trim; otherwise the trim is high-gloss black.

A Premium Interior package (requires leather seats) covers the lower instrument panel, armrests and driver airbag. Optional fold-flat rear-facing seats increase total passenger capacity to seven, while an Executive rear seat package eliminates the rear bench seat (replacing it with two captain's chairs) and reduces overall capacity to four passengers. The Executive rear seats and rear-facing seats cannot be simultaneously equipped. Finally, a simulated suede headliner, LED interior lighting and a parcel shelf round out the interior offerings.

Besides an increase in battery capacity and motor output, the Model S 85 is Supercharger-enabled and comes with the range-enhancing tires. Otherwise all the above options are available. The P85 and P85D provide some additional power, plus red Brembo brake calipers and simulated suede headliner. Other options include a carbon-fiber rear spoiler, 21-inch wheels with high-performance summer tires and the Technology and Smart Air suspension packages, along with revised suspension tuning.

The 2014 Tesla Model S is propelled by water-cooled electric motors (one motor in 60 and 85 models, dual motors in the P85D) that route power directly to the wheels through a single-speed direct drive. Lithium-ion battery packs are also utilized throughout the lineup.

The Model S 60's motor output is rated at 380 horsepower and Tesla expects it to reach 60 mph in 5.9 seconds. The EPA estimates a range of 208 miles. It's a realistic number, but as with all EVs, your driving style greatly influences actual range.

The Model S 85 model is also rated at 380 hp, but with a more capable power inverter it is able to deliver an estimated 0-60-mph time of 5.4 seconds and an EPA-estimated range of 265 miles. Depending on when you purchase a Model S, it's available in either the P85 or P85D trim. The P85 (rear-wheel drive) boosts output to 470 hp, still with a range of 265 miles. In testing, the Tesla Model S Performance accelerated to 60 mph in a very quick 4.3 seconds.

Late in the model year, P85 models were updated with a second electric motor and an all-wheel-drive setup that boosts power to 691 hp (221 hp through the front wheels and 470 hp to the rear). Tesla claims a 0-60 mph time of 3.2 seconds, and the EPA rates the P85D's range at 242 miles.

All Teslas can be recharged from all standard 110- and 240-volt household outlets and from various public charging stations using the included Universal Mobile Connector and adapters. Charging with a 110-volt outlet is very slow -- you'll only be able to recharge about 3 miles worth of range per hour. (Translation: You'll be better off walking.) In contrast, utilizing a 240-volt outlet with a 50-amp circuit (referred to as a NEMA 14-50 outlet, and common at RV parks), you can recharge about 30 miles of range per hour, which works out to about 7 hours to completely recharge the 60 kWh pack with the single onboard charger. The 85 kWh would need about 9 hours.

The dual-charger system -- which needs a 100-amp circuit to operate at full capacity -- is an option. Using the optional wall connector doubles the recharge rate to about 60 miles worth of range per hour, meaning a full recharge for the 60 kWh takes about 3.5 hours, and the 85 kWh takes about 4.5 hours.

The Model S can also use a nationwide network of "superchargers" that Tesla continues to expand. Tesla says the industrial-grade, high-speed chargers can replenish up to 200 miles of range in the 85 kWh batteries in about an hour, enabling long-distance travel. We drove across the country in our long-term Model S thanks to the Supercharger network.

Standard safety features for all 2014 Tesla Model S variants include head, knee and pelvic airbags for the front passengers as well as front and rear side curtain airbags. All models have stability and traction control, crash sensors for high-voltage disconnect, antilock disc brakes and a rearview camera. Also, if ordered, the rear-facing seat option also augments the existing rear bumper with a second, high-strength aluminum framework.

In government crash tests, the Model S earned a top five-star rating for overall crash protection, with five stars for total frontal-impact safety and five stars for total side-impact safety. In brake testing, the Model S with optional 21-inch wheels and performance tires came to a stop from 60 mph in an impressive 108 feet.

The 2014 Tesla Model S effectively crushes every preconceived notion you may have had about electric cars. Unlike the quirky pod cars, golf carts or even economy car-based EVs, the Tesla drives just like a conventional luxury sedan. Our experience is limited to the P85 and P85D models, but we've been utterly impressed by both models on a number of levels.

Acceleration is both quick and eerily quiet. With all torque being immediately available, it's like being shot out of a gun barrel -- with a silencer. Braking is also praiseworthy, not just because the pedal feels like one from a conventional car, but also because it gets the Model S stopped with authority. The well-tuned steering and suspension further add to the experience, with a sharpness and accuracy not typically found in an EV.

Fortunately, the Model S's sporty capabilities don't come at the expense of comfort and compliance, as the ride quality is smooth and agreeable. Through neighborhoods and around town, the electric nature of the Model S means it's super quiet. At freeway speeds, however (especially when the Model S is equipped with the wider high-performance tires), wind and road noise take over, and the big sedan becomes more average in terms of cabin quietness.

The 2014 Tesla Model S features a cabin that one might imagine in a car of the future. Almost all knobs and buttons are absent, replaced by a sleek 17-inch vertical touchscreen that controls almost all onboard systems. Besides looking futuristic, the system actually functions well, too. Users can configure the placement of audio, climate and navigation controls to their liking. We'd opt for the Tech package's enhanced navigation system, though, as the standard system provides only maps and no turn-by-turn directions.

In terms of comfort, both front and rear seats offer ample legroom for adults, though taller rear-seat passengers may run out of headroom. The front seats are nice, but they do lack the multitude of adjustments (and, ultimately, comfort and support) found in other similarly priced luxury sedans. The optional rear-facing jump seats are comically small, and only small children are able to sit back there. That said, it's a unique option, and the seats have multipoint belts, so no added safety seat is needed.

These third-row seats fold flat into the footwell, allowing for a capacious 26.3 cubic feet of cargo space, which is significantly more than in other large luxury sedans. Folding the middle row flat expands that space to 58 cubes. There's also a secondary trunk under the hood that offers a few cubic feet of additional storage, but the front trunk on a dual-motor Model S has about half the space.

Materials throughout the cabin are acceptable for a luxury sedan, but those who purchase the range-topping models might expect more than the Model S delivers. The leather upholstery in particular doesn't live up to premium luxury standards. Elsewhere, the typical window switches and driver controls have been sourced from Mercedes-Benz, making them hard to fault by any measure.

When you think electric car, the Tesla Model S isn’t what generally comes to mind. Tesla is working to change the electric’s commuter car image, starting with a 0-to-60-mph run in less than six seconds – and that’s with the slowest 60-kWh trim. Move up to the 85-kWh Performance model and that time drops to a scathing 4.4 seconds. With the battery packs in the floor and no heavy combustion engine up front, the Model S retains a low center of gravity that, coupled with its quick steering ratio, permits extreme stability in turns with very little lean. On the freeway, the Tesla Model S moves effortlessly and has abundant power to overtake slower traffic. The omission of engine growl inside the passenger compartment takes some getting used to, but the silence is quickly welcomed, especially when making phone calls using the Bluetooth hands-free system.

17-INCH INFOTAINMENT SCREENThe centerpiece of the Model S’ interior is a massive 17-inch touch screen taking up the entire center stack. Easily configurable, this clear, sharp screen operates similarly to a tablet computer, reacting to finger taps, pinch and drag movements, and cursor control. Next to the Tesla’s infotainment screen, everything else feels as antiquated as a rotary phone.REAR-FACING JUMP SEATSThe 5-passenger Model S can be outfitted with a rear-facing jump seat, allowing two more to come along for the ride. Like the station wagons of yesteryear, these rear-facing seats are best appreciated by kids. Unlike those old wagons, however, the Model S’ seats include 5-point seatbelts for improved safety.

Absent a gasoline engine, the Tesla Model S boasts a staggering amount of cargo and passenger space. In addition to a sizable rear cargo area, the Model S’s hood hides a supplemental front trunk, or “frunk” as Tesla calls it. Passenger accommodations are ample in the front seat, becoming progressively tighter as you move rearward. Headroom in the second row can be tight for taller passengers, and the optional rear-facing jump seats are sized for children only. Though some areas could be improved, material quality is generally good throughout the simple modern cabin.

Tesla calls the 2014 Model S a sedan, but it’s really more of a hatchback, marked by a wide rear hatch that leads to a spacious cargo area. However it’s classified, we think that Tesla has crafted a handsome, restrained shape made all the more appealing by its impressively slick 0.24 drag co-efficient. Adding to the wind-cheating design are retractable door handles that automatically emerge when the key is nearby. Ride quality is generally good, even with the optional 21-inch performance tire and wheel package, but if ride comfort were our top priority we’d probably stick with the standard 19-inch wheels.

Standard Model S features include 12-way-adjustable heated front seats, cloth/synthetic-leather upholstery, eight airbags, a 7-speaker 200-watt audio system that lacks a CD player but includes two USB inputs, and a 17-inch screen handling climate, entertainment and vehicle controls. Interestingly, the Model S also lacks any sort of “ignition” or start button – just buckle up with the key in your pocket, put your foot on the brake, pull the gear selector into drive, and the car is ready to go. Black or white exterior paint is offered free of charge but for any other color expect to pay extra.

If driving a vision of the future isn’t interesting enough, consider indulging in options like a panoramic glass roof (operated by a swipe of the 17-inch touch screen), Nappa leather, a 580-watt 12-speaker premium audio system, or a Tech Package that bundles features like HID headlights, navigation, a HD backup camera and a power rear liftgate. An active air suspension is offered as well, as is a Subzero package that adds a heated rear seat, heated washer nozzles and a windshield-wiper de-icer. Lastly, an optional wall connector allows for charging at home while a second on-vehicle charger helps shorten recharge times.

The 2014 Model S lineup is defined by a battery hierarchy. The 60-kWh, 85-kWh and 85-kWh Performance models each offer increasing levels of driving range, power and performance. All versions feature rear-wheel drive and an 8-year battery warranty with varying mileage limitations. Tesla is also in the process of constructing a network of “Superchargers” strategically placed along heavily trafficked corridors (such as from L.A. to Las Vegas), giving owners of 85-kWh and properly equipped 60-kWh Model S’s the ability to quickly replenish their batteries to 50-percent charge in 30 minutes. By exponentially speeding recharge times Tesla’s Supercharging network hopes to make pure-electric long-distance travel a reality.60-kWh302 horsepower @ 5,000-8,000 rpm317 lb-ft of torque @ 0-5,000 rpmRange 230 miles @ 55 mph85-kWh 362 horsepower @ 6,000-9,500 rpm325 lb-ft of torque @ 0-5,800 rpmRange 300 miles @ 55 mph85-kWh Performance416 horsepower @ 5,000-8,600 rpm443 lb-ft of torque @ 05,100 rpmRange 300 miles @ 55 mph

The 2014 Tesla Model S has a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) starting around $ 71,000, including destination, but not the additional dealer prep fees or the $ 7,500 federal tax credit which remains in place until 200,000 models have been sold cumulatively. The 85-kWh trim starts around $ 81,000, while the Performance model starts closer to $ 94,500. Add all the options to a top-of-the-line Model S and the price tag lands around $ 130,000. Electric cars like the Ford Focus Electric and Nissan Leaf are all much less expensive than the Tesla Model S, but the performance, design and general appeal of the Tesla do plenty to justify its elevated costs. Be sure to check the Kelley Blue Book Fair Purchase Price for the most up-to-date pricing of the 2014 Tesla Model S in your area. Due to low production volumes Kelley Blue Book doesn’t yet track the residual values of the Model S, though it is worth noting that limited availability tends to drive higher resale numbers.

American Ingenuity Electrified
I have the P85D AWD. The powertrain alone is worth the cost of entry. Faster than Ferrari performance, AWD, and every stomp of the accelerator doesn't burn a gallon of gas. Flex your foot and your face and body are thrown back with nearly no accompanying noise. The silence makes the acceleration somehow more rocket like, as if some unseen force is hurtling you toward the horizon. This car is the future of powertrains.

"Free" Green on green lightning
30 Oct 2019 update. Tesla corrected the app problem. Nav is still background app, but you can now move camera view to upper half of screen. Car is still performing as advised, great. However, Supercharger is busy because of Model 3 sales. 30 Oct 2018 update. Just got Version 9 update. Computer works quicker, but do NOT like the fact that you can no longer flip apps because the navigation app is the default screen and is always displayed in the background and only one other app can be displayed on bottom half of screen. There still is no true emergency stop capability (will slow before impact, but will not prevent imact from happening) ... I know there could be and there should be. Traded in a '09 CTS-V. Very similar in handling and performance ... S probably a bit faster and stable at high speed. Plus, with much better mpg and silently sucks the headlights off the competition. Love the body style and British Racing Green W/Grey Nappa leather interior color too. We now have a Supercharger in Louisville, Ky need one in Prospect where I-265 intersects with Route 42 (Brownsboro Rd.) . The title of my review needs to be changed to FREE Green Lightning. Autopilot, parking, and summon updates work as good, or better, (once you learn how to use them) as advertised.

Overpriced for what you get
I have owned the P85D since December. Although the vehicle is incredibly fast and fun to drive the car is a disappointment. The front seats are very uncomfortable. We were promised new seats in February, didn't happen. The navigation system is the worst I have ever used except for the BMW. Mr. Musk told us all the wonderful thing that the New D will do so I bought one. The car does none of these. My wife's Kia has more safety features than the D. It's coming we are told.,I am elderly and am hoping I live long enough to have my tesla have the features I was promised.
fridaytribune,
Most reliable vehicle I've ever owned.
Easy to travel long distances with the Tesla supercharger network on all major highways and in urban areas, and a lot cheaper to drive than a gas car. No oil changes or routine maintenance, and I still have original brakes in virtually new condition at 86,000 miles due to regenerative braking, saving thousands of dollars in maintenance compared to my gasoline cars. After almost 8 year driving this car, it still looks and drives like new.
embargoplay,
Loved this car
I used to own this car but traded it in for a 2022 Tesla model s because it was old and not safe to drive, I’m a Tesla enthusiast and love Tesla but the old S is just degrading way to fast
hardwoodgeodesic,
Its the most Amazing car ever built!
I was skeptical being one of the first Model S buyers since it was unproven. I loved it from the first time I test drove it and still love it today. I have over 51K in miles on it and to date have NOT made one repair to it (not even brakes) except for replacing the tires. Its fast, beautiful comfortable and responsive just amazing!! I have a 2004 911 Turbo that I need to sell because I can't stand the rear engine noise anymore!!
billfemur,
Best car I have Owned
The 2014 Tesla Model S P85 is an awesome car. It is so far ahead of the competition in regards to technology, range, and outright usefulness. The acceleration can't be beat, the charging infrastructure is second to none, the over the air software updates are industry changing. I have never had range anxiety and I travel 137 miles a day round trip to work & back. Cold weather does reduce battery efficiency by about 30%, but have always had enough power to get me where I need to go while also warming both me and the battery pack with electric heat. Thanks Elon!!
ivanhoebrewery,
Great car but the quality is not that good
When you pay a premium for a great car you expect great quality. I have a lot of rattles and no matter what I do I cant get rid of them. So its a bit annoying but besides that only had 2 door handles break and they were fixed under 4 year warranty. Recently getting my car in for services is a bit annoying because they no longer offer loaner cars, just uber credits.
awedcuddly,
Unbelievably great cat. Comfortable, fast, great l
Car is comfortable, beautiful, easy to maintain. Will replace with same car, color, no changes. However, when the screen update was downloaded, I do not like format. Previous screen was user friendly with streaming and especially phone use. Tesla blew that with changes. Service has been wonderful.
interestrigil,
Bought mine used
Though far from perfect, without a doubt the best handling and riding combo of any car I’ve Driven! The huge screen is a draw to many, having owned Chrysler’s for years with 8.4 screen, I wasn’t that overwhelmed. The drive and steady torque however have won my heart! They named ludicrice mode correctly, there is nothing on the road that runs like a Tesla with this option! It is truly insane! The steering wheel controls are the only major drawback! Stolen from Mercedes, they are horrid! The cruise on stalk? The roof and stereo controls are terrible. But, these are imperfections you will overlook with the superb ride quality and world class handling!! Mine has free unlimited charging which makes road trips virtually free! I haven’t driven any of my other cars since purchasing, and do not see myself ever going back to gas cars! Ever! Highly recommend Tesla’s to everyone! It’s an amazing automobile. Tesla service is the best in the business.
rowdyerring,
An amazing car with several upgrades
The main battery was recently replaced and provides almost new range, power, and performance. OTA updates have this car capable of doing more now, than when purchased. Beyond that, I added TPMS, so the display shows all 4 tire pressures. It has been impeccably maintained and of course garaged. It also includes free, lifetime super charging, a factory car cover and upgraded console.
prudishlydrizzly,
Top of the line, excellent condition, very low mil
Teslas do not come in model years. I took possession on 12/31/14 so if I had taken possession one day later this same car would be a 2015 but I would have to wait a year for the tax credit. Paid $5,000 to upgrade to the Ludicrous option. This car is as fast as Tesla makes them. Only used for a 4.7 mile commute to work. Aftermarket tinted windows. Turbine wheels match the body color exactly.
togetherpetite,
Absolutely AWESOME
Easily the best car I have ever driven, let alone owned. It would be a perfect 10 except that reliability is unknnown to me, as I have only owned it for a month. Value is hard to figure. The Teslas are very expensive. The new Model 3 is due out in 2017 and is reportely priced at about half of the Model S. The Model S is head and shoulders above any other car on the market, in my opinion. This is the first plug-in electric car I have owned. I love the concept: quiet, smooth, efficient and zero emissions from the car. The days of refueling in 5 minutes or less are gone. Even on a Tesla SuperCharger it can take an hour or two if the battery is nearly empty. It requires a high current 240 volt, 40 amp circuit to keep it charged overnight for commuting. Nominal range is up to 250 miles but that would be on mostly level ground and driven conservatively with cruise control. So there are tradeoffs, like everything in life. The styling, handling and acceleration are off the charts, making it a very exciting car to own and drive.
barberpickle,
Love my Tesla
Skeptical at first but then won over by the incredible customer service from Tesla's executive level down, I purchased. Thus persuaded to change alliance from BMW 5 to Tesla Model S, Elon Musk's land-rocket is everything I was assured it would be. The stunningly gorgeous design of Model S and the incredible instantaneous torque put this baby into a luxury sedan class all of its own. It is simply the most exquisite vehicle I have owned so far. Oh - and as a big-time bonus, zero emissions! What does a Tesla cost to drive per month? Around $40.

Truly the best vehicle for the money ever!
Perfect combination of Power and Tranquility! Handles exceptionally well. No pollution inside house (and for the environment) dramatically improves quality of life. This car is way too inexpensive comparing to other cars in its price range.

Most fantastic automobile ever created!
This has got to be one of the best, if not the very best, automobile ever created for everyday driving! I will never go back to a combustible engine automobile.
gackedicing,
Best of the best!
I have had many nice vehicles in the past, and I can honestly say this is an outstanding automobile. I can sit and brag how nice this car is but still will not be able to do justic. In fact just go test drive one. If you can afford one you will buy one.

The best car, hands down - 90 mpg highway and city
The best car, hands down - 90 mpg highway and city. 250 mile range on charge. 2.5 ton car (heavier than a Mercedes or full-sized truck), but can go 0-60 in 4 seconds--that's the electric power-train pulling 450 lbs of torque. You fill it... like a rocket. A corvette might beat it in acceleration, but it can do that because it's light and sacrifices maneuverability. Take a turn in a corvette while you are trying to do 0-60 in 4 seconds--it can't do it. The Tesla Model S combines acceleration, high speed, and top maneuverability in a high performance 'luxury sedan' package. Nothing beats it on the road in either category. Of course you pay for it--the price tag is no laughing matter; mine was a 100 grand.
gillsgraphic,
Best car ever. And I mean EVER. Surpasses
What more can be said about the Model S. The car is one of a kind. I've owned the car over a year and I am still amazed that this thing was ever built. Believe the hype the car is rock solid. I never really cared about cars in the past but this one changes the game. The only thing that I can say negative about it outside of the little fit and finish parts of the vehicle because Tesla is a new company would be the price but hey it is worth every penny. And when you have to take the car in for one of the fit and finish items Tesla service is beyond anything dealers offer today they fix the issue and you are back driving the best car ever.

2014 Tesla Model S
"Great car but the quality is not that good"
When you pay a premium for a great car you expect great quality. I have a lot of rattles and no matter what I do I cant get rid of them. So its a bit annoying but besides that only had 2 door handles break and they were fixed under 4 year warranty. Recently getting my car in for services is a bit annoying because they no longer offer loaner cars, just uber credits.
