Incorrect fault codes may set in the transmission control module (TCM) resulting is misdiagnoses. The TCM software should be checked for the latest updates before diagnosing stored fault codes.
Incorrect code showing battery light keeps coming on. Had diagnostic testing done showed alternator and solenoid was bad. Had all replaced plus got a new battery. Still showing same code.
