My Jeep would vibrate between 0-5mph in gear at the beginning of acceleration, I work in a shop, and found a TSB about updating the pcm, I went to my local dealer and had them flash the pcm with the update, and the problem is no longer present!

The electronic throttel would come on off and on. Finally my mechanic told me the pcm needed a reflash/upgrade. No diagnosic showed this. It should be included in the lifetime warrenty but probably not.

after having an 02 sensor replaced a lighten bolt sign comes on which trigger the engine light again and the engine is slugish. I have to pull over turn the engine off and let it reset itself. I told it to a jeep dealer and was told I would have to pay 110.00 an hour while they peeled the engine like an onion until they resolved the problem. I looked up the diagnostic codes and they all say to have the computer updated that this may solve the problem, but when I called a jeep dealer to ask if they could update the computer in my vehicle. they all say I would have to pay the hourly rate for them to do so. If this is a recall why should I have to pay So the problem has not been fixed
