OBD-II Code High voltage system may not operate is defined as a Drive Motor "A" Current Low

The Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Control Module consists of two Motor Control Modules and the Hybrid Powertrain Control Module. If the current flow through the Motor Control Module is too low, code P0C00 is set. The High Voltage System will be disabled.
