The 2010 mini cooper s fuel pump relay is located in the fuse panel under the hood next to the battery. car parts eventually will become ineffective. the fuel filter needs to be replaced every 30,000 miles. if it doesn't, you will come across issues with the performance. having the fuel burn greatly is the key to maximizing your miles per gallon. your gas tank needs to be in top shape. you will come into issues at some point. the gas tank can become loose. a faulty control valve may arise. the gas cap could become stuck and will be quite an ordeal to deal with. there might be gas leaks, which need to be looked into pronto.
