OBD-II Code High voltage system may not operate is defined as a DC/DC Converter Performance

The Hybrid System's control module monitors high voltage going into and out of the Inverter/Converter Assembly. If the voltage going into or out of the Inverter/Converter Assembly is not what the Hybrid System's control module expects to see, it will set code P0A94.
