Car cranks over no spark!.....first we replaced the fuel pump relay, We replaced the fuel,pump, the spark plugs and wires. The distributer, the car cranks but no fire we tested the plugs and no fire. We can't hear the fuel pump click on at all now. The darn thing cranks but no fire! help!!!!!

same cranks but no start. sometimes you wait 10 to 30 minutes an starts sometimes overnight 2nd to last time was 3 days then started. Now has been many more days than that. Have spark plugs are wet after cranking. replaced both fuses in panel under hood. There is no inertia switch on Mazds? Now a person said that there is a 2x2 black box under steering wheel that is a relay and he replaced that and there was not another starting issue for about a year, then it did it again and his daughter replaced that box and it started right up. What and where exactly is this mysterious relay under steering wheel? Will be watching and thanksTher

Wouldn't start after a 20 minute drive. Thirty minutes later, it started fine. Drove it to repair garage where it sat overnight. Garage staff reports it ahas started fien everytime they've looked at it. They ran tests on fuel pump, checked filter, still starting fine. I hate problems like this.,

Father n law went to go to the store car started and ran fine. Got out to the road and engine stopped running. At first I thought it was the fuel pump. It does not buzz when I first turn on the switch. Installed new pump and still nothing. Checked hot wire to pump no power to it. I later checked to see if the car is getting spark. Nothing, no spark no fuel but cranks over fine. Just won't start it is now Jan and the car has been sitting since early October. He has since passed away and would like to get it to running. He really did like that car and wanted my son to have it when he died.
