2007 Emissions recall due to problem with swirl shutter valve

appy light accelration and it appears to cut almost and rpms go up very fat,then comes bck down,normal speed.had replace cam shaft sensor.my mechanic says i needto replace crankshaft sensor now.help!! also check engine stays on.
