2000 Blown/Cracked Head Gasket Can Cause White Smoke From Exhaust

White smoke coming from the exhaust could indicate that a head gasket has blown or there is a cracked cylinder head . Our technicians tell us that removal and inspection of the cylinder heads will be required to confirm a crack is present.

a month or so ago i replace the head gasket because it was leaking water. Turns out it was leaking water from the timing cover. i replaced the head, manifold, valve cover, waterpump and gasket as well as the timing cover gasket. Today the car started to sound like it was about to die and its producing white smoke from the exhaust.

Car began to over heat while on the highway. Water pump had failed. $ 1300 to repair and one week later the engine failed. Ford dealer put new engine in for $ 6,000 and it wouldn't start. The fuel pump driver module failed. Hopefully I pick up the car tonight.
