Only my AM/FM side of the radio stopped working for no known reason. The CD, the Hard drive and all other facilities of the unit like reverse parking camera etc works.I suspected the antenna but have checked this and is connected.appreciate any advise.Regards

Touch screen operation works, radio still plays, climate still works and both can be controlled through touch screen and steering wheel, however all the manual controls on the lower half of the panel do not work.

The audio on the radio will go out if you have something plugged into the aux and change the driver seat setting. Everything on the radio works as normal just no sound. If you shut off the vehicle for 30 minutes to an hour when you start the vehicle the audio will work again. If you don't wait at least 30 minutes the audio will not work after shutting off and staring back up.

The software for navigation, etc. was updated a few years ago. Is there a solution or does the whole unit need to be replaced?
