i bought a 2002 chrysler concorde in 2009 for $ 1900 and the driver side window started having a tough time going up and down, then it started slightly tilting, then eventual it just stop working, i took it to the shop and they said that the window motor had burned out and they had to repair the window track that misaligned.

This seems to be a pretty standard problem with these cars. The lift plates are designed so that the stresses of use are focused right on the fold of the steel, which any metallurgist can tell you is the weakest part. Boo!

The window gets out of the track and has to be guided into place by hand while the window goes up.Replaced passenger side a few years ago, now drivers side. Was unable to get just the lift plates, had to replace entire glass/plates.
