The driver side window motor keeps going out. I have had it repaired twice. The window will go down and won't go back up. So I stopped letting it down.,

The driver side window just failed to raise one day and I had to replace the drive motor in the door. The same thing is happening to the drive motor in the passenger side door and will have to be replaced soon. The new motor installed in the driver side door is more noisy but about twice as powerful as the old motor. This brings out the fact that the original motor in the passenger door is allmost gone and very weak. I don't roll the window down very often for fear of it sticking down like the one on the driver side door did. This repair is expensive as it cost about $ 125 for the new motor and about $ 150 for the install.
