Clogged drains can cause many problems with the sun roof. To prevent water damage related problems, the sun roof and its drains should be clear of leaves and dirt. The sun roof may also stick or bind for other reasons. There are service bulletins that address many of these concerns.
The plastic trim on the power seats can cause the seat switch to stick; new trim is available.
Corrosion on the door ajar switch can cause the door ajar warning light and dome light to work intermittently or not at all. A new switch (and possibly a new connector) will be needed to fix the issue.
