OBD-II Code Diagonostic Trouble Code is defined as a nox Exceedence - Low Reagent Consumption
The purpose of the reductant system (DEF) is to reduce the amount of NOx released by the diesel engine. The engine computer (PCM) uses multiple NOx sensors to confirm the performance of the reductant system. If excessive emissions are detected, the PCM will deactive other systems to prevent additional component damage. Code P2BAA will be set.Additional codes will be stored. Those codes will need to be diagnosed and repaired.
