The
head gasket
has a high failure rate due to
cooling system
problems. Subaru is aware of the problem and has extended the warranty to 8 years/100k miles on many vehicles.
Whenever I start my vehicle, the blinkers flash for 30 seconds, or so. Is something wrong with the security system? The key fob works fine, and I have no problem getting the engine to start.
