Does the 2008 ford taurus x have any problems?

Margaret W. January 14, 2021

Some of the problems reported on the 2008 ford taurus x include body or paint problems, transmission, engine, ac, and steering. diving into the paint problems, there have been reports that the paint blisters, peels, and bubbles which results in a pricey paint job when it is not necessary with a car that age. the transmission has been known to not shift when commanded to, grinds, and causes the wrench light to turn on. with the engine, there can be a loss of acceleration that happens suddenly, coils shorting, engine falling on top of the axle, and the vehicle accelerating when the driver commands it to stop. some of these issues have recalls in which you should consult your local dealership and have repaired.
