The 2019 ford ranger has removable back seats. this is easy to do, and most people can accomplish it in around 20 to 30 minutes, at most. the first thing you will need to do is move the seat on the driver's side as far forward as possible. next, using an impact wrench or a socket set, extract the bolts at the rear of the seat. remove two more bolts from the front leg portion of the driver's seat. now, fold the seat backwards, as far as you can make it go. you can no manually lift the seat out of your vehicle.
