1999 Engine Buck/Misfire at Freeway Speeds

The engine may misfire and/or buck while driving at freeway speeds with no fault code stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This can be caused by an intermittent fault with the camshaft synchronizer assembly. This condition can be diagnosed by monitoring knock sensor data as per Ford service bulletin #05-22-12. Replacement of the synchronizer assembly will be required to correct this concern.

merging onto freeway the truck has severe bucking when accelerating up to highway speeds. Then stops while cruising at steady speed. only happens under strong acceleration .(i.e. going up steep hill, merging onto highway )

once you hit around 45 to 50 mph, the truck will shift into overdrive and the rpms will drop from 2500 to 1800...then you feel the truck start to buck or jump or miss..

when I start my truck it starts right up. and then it dies because it idles really ruff. its been stuttering and kicking every time I press the gas. sometimes when I try to start my truck I have to keep on turning it over intell it turns on and then I have to rev it up to like 4 to 4500 rpm. intell it sounds like its good and it idle fine intell I put it in drive and then it just dies again. I need this problem fixed quick. I already replace sparkplugs, idle control vavle.

I have a 2000 ford ranger 3.0 flex fuel. The motor was just rebuilt. The engine runs rough. There are no CEL on. The motor misses while accelirateing but smooths out until it kicks into over drive and then it misses until I let off the gas. I did not replace the synchrozier but I did replace the cam position sensor. It has new plugs and wires on it.
